The Socioeconomic Research Portal for the Philippines (SERP-P) of the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) held its 12th Knowledge-Sharing Forum, with the theme “Indigenous Peoples and Nation-Building: Lessons in Leadership, Sustainability, and Peace.”
This event is in collaboration with Bukidnon State University (BukSU) and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) held on March 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Bukidnon State University and online via Zoom.
The knowledge-sharing forum highlights the vital role of Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in nation-building and development, focusing on Indigenous knowledge systems and practices in governance, environmental conservation, and conflict resolution, and explore how these can inform more inclusive and culturally responsive policies.
