This volume is a collection of four studies funded by the Philippine APEC Study Center Network (PASCN). It tackles the impact of globalization on the key dimensions of the country's higher education system. It traces the forces that have contributed and impeded globalization of education and more importantly, it identifies various threats and opportunities brought about by globalization of higher education, particularly to a developing country like the Philippines.
