“Institution Building” is the appropriate theme for the PIDS in 1992. During the year, the PIDS strengthened substantially its in-house research base, intensifies its research dissemination and public advocacy activities and upgraded its information management unit. This report reviews the achievement of PIDS in terms of its information dissemination, library development program and publications. It also presents the Institute’s financial operations.
